Justice Call take part in Seminar: Enhancing interregional and multilevel co- operation to support local youth engagement in peace processes
From December 5 to 6 2019, Justice Call participated in a seminar on Youth, Peace and Security in Sweimeh, Jordan, organized by the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe. It took place with the participation of the youth related organisations from the civil society, the United Nations, OSCE, African Union, Council of Europe and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The two-day seminar identified the “take-ins” that interregional cooperation and the exchange of knowledge and good practices from diflerent stakeholders could bring in defining a more youth-inclusive global agenda for peace. This process will also highlight the strong mobilizing eflect of young people in achieving the objectives of the Council of Europe and other international platforms on human rights, democracy and the rule of law.
